Candidate for Town Justice
“It’s been a privilege to hold this position since 2008. Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships in our community and gained experience that has helped make our court more effective and fair.”
I’ve been involved in our town for decades, whether through the courts, the Youth Council, the Conservation Board, as a volunteer and parent, and more.
I’ve lived in Berne for 41 years with my wife, Lisa, and we’ve raised our three daughters here — all graduates of BKW.

- President, Albany County Magistrate’s Association (2025)
- Albany County Accessible Magistrate
- Member, Schoharie County Magistrate’s Association (2010–Present)
- Member, NYS Magistrate’s Association (2009–Present)
- Chairman, Berne Youth Council (2004–2006)
- Member, Town Conservation Board & Conservation Club
- PTA Member and longtime 4H Group Leader
Berne is my home, and I care deeply about this community. I believe every person deserves fairness, patience and a chance to be heard.
I’d be honored to serve another four years as your Town Justice.
